Training

The company delivers a range of accredited and bespoke health and safety courses both in the UK and internationally.

SafetyNow Training Ltd has a number of Blue Chip companies who use our services.

They choose SafetyNow because they are assured of relevant and engaging training at all levels from the shop floor to senior management.

Most of the training is delivered by Moira Gelman. Her vast experience globally, backed up with her professional qualifications and a natural aptitude with people make her an excellent trainer in this field.

Moira has plenty of personal experience in the workplace and combined with her ability to bring it all to life with stories make each session exciting and vibrant. Some of the feedback on the courses are “I thought I would be bored but how wrong was I!!!” from Chris on a bespoke Leading Safely course.

“Moira has changed my way of looking at health and safety from being a “chore” to understanding how important it is to save lives and quality of life” from Peter on an IOSH Managing Safely course.

“I now understand the concept of “reasonably practicable”. Moira made it easy using her examples, stories and discussions.” From John on a bespoke risk assessment course.

Safety Now Training Ltd was established in June 2014 by Moira Gelman.

The results of the Nebosh General and International courses speak for themselves. Moira’s dedication to her delegates goes above and beyond delivering content in the classroom. It’s this dedication that makes her an exceptional tutor.

Every now and again, SafetyNow uses associate tutors. These tutors go through a rigorous vetting process to ensure that they meet the exceptional high standards required to be allowed the privilege to deliver for SafetyNow Training Ltd.

Not all training is delivered face to face in a classroom environment. SafetyNow has a range of cost-effective e-learning courses designed for busy workplaces. Not everyone requires an in-depth knowledge of every subject around health and safety. The law requires that training is “Suitable and sufficient” and relevant to a person job role.

In this day and age of high tech and videos, these courses are designed to appeal to the workforce and makes it easy for learning and understanding to take place.

Very often these e-learning courses are used as part of a blended learning session. This means that the e-learning is required to be completed before a shorter face to face session is delivered. The advantage of this is that it reduces the amount of time that a person is away from their workstation.

All the e-learning courses are accredited to a variety of different awarding bodies depending on the topic, Such as IIRSM (International Institute of Risk and Safety Management) and RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) as well as numerous others.
